Its tough moving from one system to another whilst still trying to keep the business going and making it look seem-less to customers! I like the extra features that our basic system couldn't do and now I have got used to it I am finding it easy to use. Paige, our account manager, gets back to me really quickly and its so nice to have a dedicated person you can go to which questions (even stupid ones!). I would recommend Bookedit. The testing process was a little bit frustrating. You are trying to understand how a new system will fit into your current business. Not everything tested well. Some was my misunderstanding of the dynamics of the system, some was not working correctly and needed tweaking.
