This has helped us get rid of manual spreadsheets and those Frankenstein territory maps. It integrates with our CRM to pull in up-to-date data and sync bi-directionally, so changes stay aligned on both sides. I also appreciate that we can apply custom logic and run different iterations of territory builds whenever we need to. We experienced two main downsides when using BoogieBoard. First, the UI/UX could be improved. At times, it was difficult to navigate between tables and maps, especially when switching across different iterations and cuts of the business.
