What do you like best about Bonusly?

Allows everyone to show gratitude in a genuine and meaningful way. The reward boosts are really a bonus to the kind words and appreciation from colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I think having items to claim that are cheaper would make it more useful. It is hard to build up a lot of points organically. Smaller giftcards or coupons could be used more frequently and show a true product of the appreciation from others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a positive contribution toward building strong work relationships. It also allows people to communicate more effectively because you don't have to wait for a public forum in the form of an all-staff meeting to publicly show your appreciation for someone. You also have the autonomy to use them as you wish. If you want to thank a lot of people with small amounts of points or give someone a large reward with many points, any delineation is allowed within your amount of points.
