"Fun way to maximize recognition within the workplace"

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I really like that it encourages us to give kudos to people within the workplace that really make an impact. Whether its simply helping me with something, or jumping in to help a whole team, we can reward those that do a lot for our company. Everyone's been participating, and it's fun to see all the ways that people help others in our organization. I never would've known who was behind some solutions without Bonusly. What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I dislike that it sometimes feels too rigid in format. There aren't a lot of hashtags currently so that puts a cap on what you feel like you can reward for. However, this is a very small dislike, and I imagine it will be fixeed in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing us to see what others in the organization do for one another. It also allows us to reward those that go out of their way to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
