What do you like best about Bonusly?

I like how we're able to see who has received recognition and how easy it is to recognize other people on the team. It's straightforward to select the amount to send to the person, why you're giving it to them and the hashtags associated to why you're recognizing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Since they're in beta, there are two interfaces as of right now. So it can get a bit confusing swapping between two designs as of right now. Also reviewing and managing other peoples profiles are a bit harder to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to easily recognize other people on our team and can allow us to showcase them to the rest of the organization in order to ensure that they feel seen and heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
