What do you like best about Bonusly?

Honestly, I love everything about Bonusly, starting with the stellar customer service to the attention to detail of our integration and the personalized service they offer. The customer success team is a pleasure to work with, no matter the size of your team. The integration resource package was excellent, so well put together and organized.

The platform is very easy to use for managers and employees, and the Slack integration is one of its best features. Our employees love using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The only thing I would like to see an improvement on is the Analytics reports. They are pretty good, but they can be more detailed so that the managers and HR team can drill into them further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
