"Great system to reward colleagues"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I like that you can choose from a lot of different prizes and that you can choose from many different charities. I also like the system for giving points and that you can add points onto someone else's post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I wish there were more points given each month. I have a lot of people I work with on different projects and it's not possible to reward all the people I'd like to unless I give up some of my own rewards. I also don't like the AI system to give tips on what to write, it always comes out sounding synthetic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps the team get more engaged and lets newcomers feel welcome in a new space. It's nice to give points for things like birthdays so that they can celebrate, but not feel like they have to do anything in the office since a lot of people don't like attention on themselves in the workplace.
