What do you like best about Bonusly?

What I like best about Bonusly is how easy it is to recognize the people I work with. I use it whenever a teammate goes out of their way to help me or does a great job, and it's a nice way to show appreciation for the little things that often go unnoticed.

I also enjoy that it's rewarding for everyone. I make the most of the points I earn by redeeming rewards, which makes being recognized feel even more meaningful. What do you dislike about Bonusly?

One thing I dislike about Bonusly is that the monthly points can run out quickly, especially if you want to recognize several teammates who have helped you throughout the month. There are times when I wish I had a few more points so I could acknowledge everyone's efforts. What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bonusly solves the problem of recognition being overlooked in a busy work environment. It gives everyone an easy way to acknowledge the support, teamwork, and contributions of their colleagues, even for the small things that make a big difference.

For me, it's beneficial because it helps build a more positive and appreciative team culture. I enjoy recognizing my teammates when they've helped me, and it's also motivating to receive recognition from others.
