That it is the most comprehensive all in one system and the price point is very affordable in comparison to others that offer this kind of platform. Specifically the event/ticketing/sponsorship area is great, emailing and other communications work well for our organization and we appreciate that there isn't a cost to text in addition to the service. The reports are not always consistent and sometimes really confusing on why they pull the information they do or why it is categorized how it is. I would love to see automation available and an opportunity to connect with our current project management system so I'm not balancing multiple to do lists on multiple platforms.
