What do you like best about Bonterra Network for Good?

Being able to connect with donors regularly using the filters has been really helpful. The integration with QuickBooks is also useful. Overall, the product performs amazingly well for nonprofits with limited staff, and it makes day-to-day work feel more manageable. The support staff has been very helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. I also use the AI regularly to enhance campaigns and improve emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good?

I’ve only been using the software for a couple of months, so I can’t really speak with any expertise about what issues I might have with it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra Network for Good solving and how is that benefiting you?

Donor updates, email blasts, and the ability to thank donors effectively and in a timely way for their donations. I also like being able to see, at a glance, what donors are interested in helping with. It’s helpful to keep all the information in one profile so I don’t have to jump around to find what I need.
