The acquisition has seemed to slow down the roadmap quite a bit. It also seems like there might be more bureaucracy going on, which feels less focused on customers. There's still a number of features for individual giving forms and events that we'd love to see like more flexible layouts, upgrades to placeholders, sponsorship sales, and improvements to reporting. There also have not been any AI related upgrades, and I'd like to see this to ensure that the product isn't falling behind. There also seems to be less support coverage on chat, which is a bummer. We recently released an improvement to our default Constituent Export that adds Email Unsubscribe Date as an available field - this allows you to pull a report on all constituents who have opted out of emails. Also, please note that although constituents can unsubscribe from Scheduled Messages and Email Campaigns, they cannot unsubscribe from Triggered Notifications (aka transactional messages).
