I have been using BombBomb since 2011 and recommend it to all my clients who want to use Video in their email and marketing strategies. It's crazy easy to use (from desktop or mobile device) and add the personal touch to emails that helps 'cut through the noise' of text only or text heavy emails - right to the inbox. In other apps, you have to link to video hosting websites, while you 'kinda' have to do that with BombBomb, it is much more seamless and transparent to the recipient. I can even embed the videos into my websites when needed. I also like that they keep innovating as user expectations grow in this area.

I love the customer support as well—they typically respond in 24 hours (or less) with a personalized tutorial or a short video response, so I can easily 'see' the information.

The Email builder can sometimes be clunky when adding a lot of different content blocks. We use BombBomb as a weekly and monthly video newsletter, so many times, the emails can grow to be a bit longer, and manipulating some of these content blocks can get a bit cumbersome.
