What do you like best about Bolt.new?

Extremely fast for prototypes and MVPs. It’s very good at generating initial UI and application structure

Natural-language development makes iteration easy

Minimal setup compared with starting a project from scratch

Good preview and development experience

Useful for developers who wants to move quickly from an idea to something functional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bolt.new?

1. Sometimes it makes broader changes than I requested.

2. It can become less predictable as the project gets larger.

3. AI-generated code may require cleanup and refactoring

4. Debugging complex issues can consume a lot of credits

5. Larger projects require more active developer supervision Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bolt.new solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Fast POCs: quickly build prototypes for QA tools, dashboards and automation utilities

2. Automation ideas: for example, I can prototype a test execution dashboard before building the full solution

3. Less setup work, reduces time spent on initial project configuration and repetitive development tasks

The biggest benefit for me is speed - moving from an idea to a usable POC quickly and validating whether it is worth pursuing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
