What do you like best about Bolster AI?

The dashboards provide excellent visibility into potential threats across brand protection, executive protection, and dark web monitoring. What really stands out is how quickly Bolster takes action on identified items - their takedown speed has been impressive. The platform makes it easy to track threats and see the status of remediation efforts in real-time, which is valuable for reporting to leadership and managing our overall security posture. What do you dislike about Bolster AI?

Communication around items that are flagged and then marked as out of scope or not a threat could be better. I'd like more visibility into the analyst work happening behind the scenes - understanding why certain items were dismissed or deemed not actionable would help us learn and refine our threat profiles over time. What problems is Bolster AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bolster is solving the challenge of monitoring our brand and executive presence across the internet and dark web at scale. Manually tracking phishing sites, executive impersonation attempts, brand abuse, and dark web threats would be nearly impossible given the volume and constantly changing threat landscape.

The platform benefits us by consolidating threat intelligence into a single dashboard, enabling faster response times through their automated takedown capabilities, and reducing the risk of successful attacks against our firm and executives. This is particularly valuable in wealth management where trust and reputation are critical - we can proactively address threats before they reach our clients or damage our brand. It's also reduced the manual effort required from our security team, allowing us to focus on other strategic priorities while Bolster handles the continuous monitoring and initial remediation.
