"BoldSign: Easy to Use, Affordable, and Great for Our Patients"

What do you like best about BoldSign?

What we like most about BoldSign is how simple and easy it is to use. It's very user-friendly, both for our staff and our patients. We rarely have patients run into issues signing documents, which makes the whole process much smoother. It's also very cost-effective compared to other electronic signature services. What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The only downside we've experienced with BoldSign is that entering dates of birth can be a little confusing for patients. Because of this, we typically enter that information ahead of time to make the process easier for them. Other than that, we really haven't had any issues or complaints. What problems is BoldSign solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily use BoldSign to send documents to patients who are completing home sleep studies through the mail, as well as for medical records requests. It allows us to get the necessary paperwork signed electronically without having to mail additional forms or wait for patients to return them. This saves our staff time, cuts down on paperwork, and helps us move forward with patient care more quickly. It's also convenient for our patients, who can easily sign everything from home.
