What do you like best about BoldDesk?
It is very user friendly and is good for new user. It integrates well with Gmail and quickly performs the ticket creation as soon as an email is sent to a particular email address. When faced issue the support team proactively resolved the issue with correct steps for resolution. It is budget friendly ITSM tools. The Ai feature automatically assigns the agent as per the configuration performed on the backend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
