What do you like best about Bodha Route Planner?

The route adjusts on its own when things change. If a big order comes in late or the kitchen is running behind, Bodha reshuffles everything automatically. I don't have to ring the driver or manually move deliveries around. Customer notifications go out without anyone doing anything extra. Planning time has dropped a lot and each driver is getting through twice the drops they used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bodha Route Planner?

Took a couple of days to get the settings right when we first set it up. Nothing major but it needed a bit of back and forth with the support team to get the time windows working exactly how we wanted. Once it was sorted though it's been smooth ever since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bodha Route Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?

We deliver hot food so timing is everything. Before Bodha Route Planner we were manually juggling routes when last minute orders came in and it was a mess. Bodha solved that completely. On-time deliveries are sitting at 99.5% now and cold food complaints have pretty much disappeared. The business has grown because we can take on more orders without the wheels falling off.
