What do you like best about BOAST?

It's so convenient and easy to see customers' praise directly on cell phone from wherever I am at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BOAST?

I noticed the video recording functionality was an issue on some mobile devices and sometimes took longer to download on certain devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BOAST solving and how is that benefiting you?

Boast is super easy to use on both the back end and the client-facing side. I like how easy it is to integrate with your website, and how easy it is for clients to easily submit video either through their webcam or by uploading a pre-recorded video. While it's geared towards people who are gathering client testimonials, I have also used it for collecting video content from conference participants and it works perfectly.
