I really appreciate Curt Leigh's constant training and assistance, which helped me become confident with BoardPAC. The feature that stands out to me the most is having one place for all reports, as it allows for quick updates or replacements—this is just excellent. The platform's ability to load reports in one spot, rather than sending emails to all directors, simplifies everything significantly. Initially, it was tough to use, but now it's much easier to manage meetings and approvals without the hassle of circulating emails, thanks to having a secure vault for important board papers. I find the movement between the back end and front end could be improved. It would be great if my one login could do everything. Also, while we want to start using signatures within the app, the sign-off provided doesn't align with the standard board resolutions we use. The initial change to the final app was complicated for the directors, although with Curt Leigh's training, I'm now confident in using it, but occasionally I still need some advice.
