I find the route management very good because it helps us easily plan all our shipments ahead. It's pretty easy to use, making route management very automated. The support is great, which was especially helpful during the initial setup with the support team assisting us. I appreciate that the software makes planning shipments and coordinating with truck drivers easy and smooth, even when things change. I like how it reduces the costs of deliveries and planning by keeping us constantly in sync with our drivers, allowing quick notifications if there are any issues on the road.
