What do you like best about BMC Helix Discovery?

What I like most is the agentless discovery. It gives us a clear view of our servers, applications, and their dependencies without having to install agents everywhere. What do you dislike about BMC Helix Discovery?

The main challenge is that the initial setup can take some time, especially when configuring discovery for different environments. It would also be helpful to have more flexibility when customizing discovery and mapping based on specific requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BMC Helix Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the biggest benefit is not having to maintain the infrastructure inventory manually. I use it to quickly check what assets are available and understand how different applications and servers are connected.
