What do you like best about BMC Helix CMDB?

I like that BMC Helix CMDB helps me keep track of our IT environment without having to rely on scattered information. Being able to view configuration items and their relationships makes it easier to investigate issues and get a clearer picture of the systems we’re working with. What do you dislike about BMC Helix CMDB?

The main thing I find frustrating is that monitoring different jobs and integrations isn't always straightforward. I have to check separate areas to get a complete picture, which can make troubleshooting a little time-consuming. I also feel the reporting and upgrade process could be more user-friendly. What problems is BMC Helix CMDB solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the main problems it solves for me is keeping configuration data consistent and up to date. With discovery and reconciliation, I spend less time maintaining records manually and have a clearer view of our IT environment.
