What do you like best about BMC Helix CMDB?

What I like most about BMC Helix CMDB is having our infrastructure and application information available in one place. It makes it easier for me to check how different components are connected and understand what might be affected when a change is made. I find this especially useful in my day-to-day work. What do you dislike about BMC Helix CMDB?

What I dislike most is that some of the configuration and customization can be quite complicated. When I need to work with data models or reconciliation rules, it can take extra time to understand how everything fits together. What problems is BMC Helix CMDB solving and how is that benefiting you?

BMC Helix CMDB helps me keep infrastructure and application information organized in one place. Instead of manually checking different sources, I can look up configuration items and their relationships to understand how systems are connected.
