We use Blume on a daily basis and have been using it for a long time, several carriers and customers we work with use the system. It definitely has a learning curve, but as soon as you understand the system, it becomes easy to use. We have it integrated with Portpro for a seamless transfer of data, every integration we do is fairly easy wich regularly leads to an easy and trouble free implementation.
