What do you like best about Blueprint Expansion?

Communication was excellent throughout the process. Chuck provided a personal, tailored experience, with regular phone calls and thoughtful text follow-ups. It was a refreshing contrast to the increasingly impersonal, platform-driven approach used by many recruiting firms, where candidates often find themselves being passed between multiple recruiters for the same role.
