What do you like best about BlueCherry Suite?

What I like the most is that it is very easy to use once you have learned to use the software (which I must say is a very simple task), the fact that I can see detailed information about the orders made to my suppliers is a great help for organizing and improving a large number of administrative processes within the company, another point in their favor is that it has a wide range of options that allow me to improve multiple areas of my company, such as management, planning, design, and implementation, their customer service team is quite responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns that arise, which guarantees that I can make quite a smooth use of this application without fear of losing so much time in case there is any failure. What do you dislike about BlueCherry Suite?

I think it has some processes that contain a large number of unnecessary steps, at least in the sales registration part, they ask for a large amount of information that in the end turns out to be unnecessary, so this could be greatly simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlueCherry Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been helping me to improve in a quite general way all the internal processes of my company, so that I can optimize them more efficiently, which helps us reduce execution and response times to customer requirements, not to mention that it also helps us maintain better order and control of the activities developed in the company.
