Takeoff. I use Bluebeam for construction takeoff and estimating, and it has made my job so much easier. The UI is well laid out and customizable, the performance is really fast, and the price is incredibly fair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There could be better integrations overall. A true two-way communication channel between Bluebeam and Excel would be really nice. Also, they kind of just give you the software; the documentation is a bit lacking, so there isn’t a real onboarding process. On top of that, I’ve had an issue for over a year that support hasn’t been able to figure out how to fix. Finally, AI integrations would be helpful too, so I could use AI to assist with takeoff.
