What do you like best about Blue Onion?

I love that the software is very easy to use (learning how to navigate is a cinch), very accurate (superb audit-ability) and that the Blue Onion support team is always available to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blue Onion?

Some downsides are: subscription discount incompatibility (sales come through net and you have to gross them up) & multiple channels running through shopify (backing out wholesale or other AR that is fulfilled through shopify but not paid through a merchant) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blue Onion solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had clients with very large data sets (50+ transactions a month, up to 10k skus) - to reconcile their shopify account on a monthly basis was a task that would take hours and the manual process always included opportunities for user error. Now we can see the accrual based sales throughout the accounting period giving the clients a much more accurate snapshot of their MTD revenue. It's also eased the burden of manual errors.
