BM RAM is a one-stop shop for all of our calibration, maintenance, asset, and out-of-tolerance records. The interface is intuitive and I can find what I’m looking for fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I strongly dislike that pick lists are global in R4. I work for BD, and we have many sites in our software. Even with a lot of training, we have 70,000+ employees worldwide, and many people still don’t understand that editing a pick list will affect others. I also don’t like seeing other sites’ queries when a scope filter isn’t added. In R3, I appreciated that I could only view data for my own site(s). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
