"Qgiv/Bloomerang Has Been Incredible!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

Since starting this position almost 3 years ago, I decided that we should switch our auction software. This decision was the best choice we could have made. The staff is incredible to get proper training and work through with. Alexionna, the representative, who I have been working with for quite some time has been beyond helpful and reliable. The app, the software, the card readers, everything is so simplified to make it easy for myself on the back end, but as well as users the night of the event. Especially the older generation, which can be difficult!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

There isn’t anything that I specifically dislike, since we only use this for one or two events, or large annual events, I don’t always remember the checkout process which can be stressful, but like I said, previously, the staff helped out so much with that! What problems is Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplicity. Prior to me being involved with the organization that I currently work for, I heard horror stories about other auction software’s making it, especially difficult the evening of the event and even leading up. I am so grateful for how the software works. It also seems to be continuously upgrading every year that I have used it. I have mentioned things that would be interesting and no things that were changed and the next time I want to use it for an event, they had upgraded it significantly! An example of this would be the text feature, I remember when I first used it. They did not offer this and then the next time, they did! It appears that they are continuously taking suggestions and constructive criticism, and I Love that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
