"Intuitive Yet Powerful—Bloomerang CRM Boosts Donor Insights and Fundraising"

What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

What I like best about Bloomerang CRM is how easy and intuitive it is to use, while still offering so many powerful tools to help me understand and engage with our donors. I can access real-time data, gain better insights into donor behavior, and use that information to make more informed decisions rather than simply entering and managing records. It genuinely feels like Bloomerang is an extension of my Development team, helping me work smarter and more strategically.

The AI tools have also been incredibly helpful, providing immediate guidance when I have questions, helping me navigate the system, and making it easier to explore and understand my data. There is so much functionality available that I’m continually finding new ways to use the platform to strengthen our fundraising efforts and be more successful in my role. What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

So far, I haven't encountered any significant downsides or features that I find unhelpful. I'm still learning everything Bloomerang has to offer, and my experience has been very positive. As I continue to explore the system, I'm sure I'll discover areas for improvement, but at this point, I’m happy with the platform and the tools it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomerang CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bloomerang is helping us get a much better return on our investment in donor management technology. With our previous system, we were spending a significant amount of money, but it often felt like we were simply storing data rather than actually using it to inform our fundraising strategy. Bloomerang has transformed that experience by making our data accessible, actionable, and meaningful. Instead of just tracking donations, I can better understand our donors, identify opportunities, and use those insights to drive more giving and strengthen relationships.

The integrations and additional tools, including volunteer management, are also helping bring our organization together under one platform. Staff across different departments can work with the same system to support our shared goals, improve collaboration, and streamline our work.
