"Bloomerang - two years in and we still love it"

What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

It is very accessible. Easy to use and easy to understand. Whether I'm on the road or at the office all of our donor data is at my finger tips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

Personally, I have not complaints. Some of our development team have had some frustrating moments but they were quickly resolved by Bloomerang's customer service. Our biggest problem occurred during the extra giving Tuesday during the pandemic when the site crashed a few times during the day. Other than that we never had a problem.
