It helps me collect feedback and responses in a more organized way. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I often need feedback from patients, students, and people who follow my health education content, so having a structured way to create surveys is very useful. I like that creating surveys, adding different types of questions, and organizing the survey flow is straightforward. The platform makes it easy to collect responses without relying on multiple tools. Survey creation, response collection, and survey sharing work well together, which helps when gathering feedback from different groups of people. Another useful part is being able to keep responses organized and review feedback from one place. Features like response management, audience insights, survey analytics, and AI-assisted survey creation help me understand which health topics people are interested in and what type of educational content they find most useful. The AI feature is helpful for generating question ideas and building surveys faster, which saves time when preparing surveys for health education and audience feedback. For my health education work, this makes planning future content easier because I can better understand what people want to learn and what challenges they are facing. The current design is clean, but having additional formatting choices would help create surveys that better match different audiences. Also, Response management works well overall, but for larger feedback projects I would find more advanced reporting and trend analysis useful.
