The initial setup for users is extremely user friendly. I found it to be extremely streamlined, and intuitive overall. From start to finish for the initial setup, it only takes about 5+ minutes to get your profile completely created. I do think that the individuals who are obtaining my information, during that initial onboarding process, there seems to be potentially a few too many steps or it may appear that you have their information; when in actuality if you don't essentially verify with them that they have uploaded their info; it could get lost in the shuffle. So finding ways to make that portion of the process more intuitive friendly would be impactful considering obtaining your contacts information quickly and easily is the whole point of the software.
