- It consumes a lot of resources, old devices may experience performance issues in supporting smooth navigation through digital books.

- Converting a physical book to digital is a long task, which if not offered by the publisher, you will find very tedious to do.

- If you don't have internet and haven't enabled the offline reading option, you won't have access to the books.

I can't say much more negative about this tool because I only see advantages. Although, as with any application, maintenance is essential to patch security holes, fix bugs, and introduce improvements, such as being able to conduct a test scheduled by the teacher at the end of each lesson.
