  ### 1. All-in-One Convenience with a User-Friendly Interface and Powerful Hub

**What do you like best about Blink?**

The interface is user-friendly and all necessary tools are accessible through one app.  With other frontline services, the Feed/Groups are in a separate app from the private messages; with Blink, all services are in one app, which is wonderfully convenient.  It is also easy to tag users in posts because all users are listed; rather than searching for each user individually, I can scroll down the list to easily tag everyone I need to.  I also love the Hub!  It is easy to upload policies, manuals, training videos, etc.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I do not like having to choose a category for every post (News, Social, Question, Poll).  I think that is a nice feature, but I would rather it not be completely necessary for every post. 

When there are numerous comments on a post, they do not show automatically.  We would rather ALL the comments on a post be visible when I look at the post.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink is helping keep our teams up to date and informed.  We have many diverse teams in our organization and Blink stream lines the communication between the teams.  We are able to organize events, meetings, trainings, and trouble-shoot issues more effectively.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Primarily, it's strength is in company wide communications on an easy to use platform that is familiar with most staff who regularly use mobile devices and social media. In addition our teams use it for holding information in the hub that is quickly accessed and works across both PCs and mobile devices. 
Some of the many useful features include Blink's AI to help write or adjust a post, the analytics showing different metrics of us broken down to post level if needed and its functionality with other software platforms including Office 365 products.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

The platform is pricey unless you intend to fully maximise its use. Greater integration with wider platforms would be of benefit such as Employment Hero.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication to multiple sites across an organisation and derestricting the methods or devices required to access the comms. In other words a consistent message can be sent out to all users and it can be reached whether at a desk or not.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

It is so easy to contact my employees and share important information. I send important business updates to my team and also set compulsory reads in the hub section which highlights to all our employees when they have not completed it. Blink is a great tool which helps us share great news and important information.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I don’t think there are any downsides and it’s a useful resource. Every time I use Blink it is for a purpose which saves me time as the features what are available at my fingertips help to do my job and saves me time to complete other tasks.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink benefits us all by sharing information quicker and more efficiently. Also when we have safety concerns we can share a Safety bulletin which alerts all employees at once. Blink is also solving issues where employees were asking for information like policies and now we have them all uploaded to the hub and they’re all at the fingertips for everyone.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

The user interface is clean and straightforward, which lets our less tech-savvy frontline workers jump right in and locate the resources they need without any formal training. It also runs reliably across different hardware, with no noticeable lag and no disruptive downtime.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I also find it frustrating that read receipts are buried deep in the settings menus instead of being visible directly within message threads. It’s also missing a quick, native polling feature on the main feed, which would make it easier to gather fast team feedback.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely eliminates our reliance on fragmented, messy channels—like chaotic email threads or unsecured personal texting apps—for company announcements. Having a single, verified communications hub means critical operational updates are delivered consistently and reliably to every team member, without messages getting lost or scattered across different platforms.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I find Blink easy to use, much like social media apps, which helps our not very tech-savvy staff to adopt it easily. I also appreciate their good customer service team that is willing to help improve our engagement and has different ideas on how to build it further. Their constant reminders and helpfulness get us back on track. They advised us to start small and build from there, considering that we often dream big without knowing if it will succeed or fail. Additionally, the initial setup of Blink was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

Some of Blink's APIs and integrations could be better, including more features, improved error handling, allowing custom fields, and better throttling. The chats/communities aren't mandatory, so people can opt out of business communications, meaning we have to use the feed for it instead.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink to connect staff across 16 locations, solving connectivity issues and streamlining communications. It provides a centralized platform for apps and content, making tasks easier. Its user-friendly interface suits our non-tech-savvy staff, and their supportive customer service enhances engagement.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

Blink has enabled a significant improvement in internal communication and employee engagement compared to a traditional intranet model.  It provides a modern, accessible platform that helps connect staff with the information, resources, and organisational updates they need, while supporting a more inclusive and connected workforce.  For healthcare organisations with geographically dispersed teams, it offers clear benefits in communication reach, accessibility, and staff engagement.

This is the best aspect of Blink; its ability to bring communication, information, and staff engagement together in a single, user-friendly platform.  Unlike a traditional intranet site that employees typically have to visit intentionally, Blink provides a more proactive and accessible experience through its mobile-first design, notifications, news feeds, and integrated communication features.  The layout and styling of the site has received praise from staff who prefer the more modern and engaging experience.

From an organisational perspective, it has made communications more visible and relevant, helping to ensure that important updates reach staff across a wide range of roles and locations.  This is greatly supported by the way that the platform works, which has encouraged greater interaction from staff with organisational news, resources, and updates.

Overall, Blink is a powerful solution designed to simplify complex communication workflows and empower both end users and site administrators alike.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

While Blink significantly improves employee engagement and communication, it can sometimes be challenging to ensure that important information remains easy to find over time as content volumes grow.  For users seeking detailed reference material, for instance, document-heavy content can occasionally be easier to manage within traditional structures.

Additionally, as with any modern communication platform, there is a balance to be struck between keeping staff informed and avoiding information overload.  Some staff have reported message fatigue, and that they can ‘lose’ or miss notifications in the content feed if they are not logging in regularly.  As such, effective content governance and communication planning are important to maximise the platform's value, as long as robust processes to ensure that pages and content are regularly maintained and updated.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink addresses several key organisational challenges by improving communication reach, increasing staff engagement, and making important information easier to access.  It provides a central platform where staff can find updates, news, policies, resources, and key links wherever they are working, something that is supported by the availability of the mobile application.  This is particularly valuable in healthcare settings, where many employees are geographically dispersed, not desk-based, and may not regularly access a traditional intranet.  Blink therefore reduces the amount of time spent searching for information by consolidating this information into a single user-friendly platform, thereby working to strengthen organisational culture through recognition, engagement and greater visibility of activity across the origination.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

It is extremely helpful so that we can communicate with our merchandisers. We use this everyday so that can talk to us and we can support them. I like how they can access our files and we can send them over as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I dislike that it's not as customisable. I wish that we could integrate more features such as different fonts colours etc. I wish that AI could also write stuff for me.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving problems for us as we can communicate easier. We didn't have a platform like that before. It's easy for us to onboard our new team members as well as the training material is on there.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

There are many things I love about Blink. There are many, but I will list my top three. First, the interface is very user friendly and intuitive. Second, the ability to integrate all other software and have it be the one source of truth for our staff is another major plus. Lastly, customer service is top notch! I found them to always be helpful, attentive, and stayed connected past the point of resolution ensuring I had what I needed.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

I do find the customization of branding didn't work as well as I needed it to. I was not able to use the import with the URL.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This business has multiple locations across multiple cities. They didn't have a solution that helped avoid communication errors or ways to ensure that notices were read and followed. Using Blink to create onboarding journeys and "Must Reads" was lifechanging for them.

**What do you like best about Blink?**

The layout is easy to structure your files and is easy navigate. The different file types it will accept covers all types we use. The upload speed of files is instant. The support staff answer any queries as soon as they are received and if they are unable to answer this immediately, they keep me updated with the progress

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

When an employee is finished, any mandatory reads outstanding are still outstanding. I would like to see this changed as it affects the percentage. The only way around this is to remove them from any groups they are in before deactivating them as an employee

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blink solves the issue of communicating with mobile workers (drivers). Private messages can be sent regarding work, mobile phone usage is not allowed when driving. They can see this when they have stopped at their destination. Mandatory reads are excellent for ensuring any operational messages are put across for safety issues etc

**What do you like best about Blink?**

I like how easy Blink is to use. It's simple and has good features. It makes things a lot easier compared to the previous platform we used, which was clunky and discouraging. With Blink, I can pick up my phone and do what I need to do in a few seconds. The initial setup was very simple, getting almost all of our team up and running within the first couple of days, which was a lot better than Workplace.

**What do you dislike about Blink?**

When using the mobile, a lot of the time, you're writing a message, the message will just disappear. It doesn't happen on the laptop, but always out and about, so I like using my phone. And, you'll spend a couple minutes writing a message, and then also they'll just disappear and go back to the screen again.

**What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blink for praising the team and gathering information. It eases sharing results and simplifies tasks by being easy to use with good features, unlike our previous clunky platform.
