What do you like best about Blend-ed?

In QA, consistency matters more than simply saying that training was completed.

What I find useful in Blend-ed is that a process can be taught in the same way to everyone, and the assessment gives some indication of whether the key points were actually understood.

That is especially helpful for process changes, compliance topics, and refresher learning where small misunderstandings can later show up as quality issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blend-ed?

The part I would improve is how process changes are surfaced.

If only a few steps in a workflow have changed, I would rather see those differences immediately than work through the full refresher again.

For quality-related learning, being able to identify the changed section quickly would make repeat training more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blend-ed solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of quality problems begin with small differences in how a procedure is interpreted.

When a requirement changes, an email or revised SOP can still leave room for different understanding. Blend-ed gives that change a proper learning step, with a way to check whether the important parts landed correctly.
