What do you like best about Blaze AI?

Blaze solved a very important growth challenge for us. The well thought out and exhaustive suite of features that the product provides makes it a one stop solution for social led sales. The product links up very well with our existing systems and was very easy to get started with. The onboarding call and ongoing support have been exceptional and they actively participate in brainstorming new ideas and campaigns. Very glad to have found them. What do you dislike about Blaze AI?

What problems is Blaze AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blaze has opened up a new growth channel for us. Although the idea that social platforms hold a wealth of information about prospective buyers is not new, it was very difficult to action on it. How to find the right person at the right time and immediately reaching out to them was impossible. With Blaze we run social searches to find users who engage with our category and then run DM campaigns on LinkedIn to reach out to them.
