What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

It allows us to manage the entire event lifecycle—from registration and attendee management to payments, communications, and reporting—without leaving Salesforce. The ability to automate processes using Salesforce Flows, reuse event templates, and keep all event data in one place has significantly reduced manual work and improved data accuracy and reporting. What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

event setups can occasionally take time. In addition, certain setup or configuration errors can be difficult to diagnose without consulting documentation or contacting support. What problems is Blackthorn Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

Blackthorn Events has helped us centralize event management within Salesforce, eliminating the need to use multiple disconnected tools. It streamlines event registration, attendee tracking, payment processing, email communications, and reporting in one platform. This has reduced manual data entry, improved data accuracy, and saved our team significant time. Because all event data lives in Salesforce, we also have better visibility into attendee engagement and can create more meaningful reports and automate follow-up processes using Salesforce Flows.
