What do you like best about BlackPoint IT?

Knowning you have a great group of people proactivly keeping an eye on your systems when no one else is looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlackPoint IT?

Unfortunately I am unable to find anything I can find that has been an issue with Blackpoint, our help desk tickets have dramatically reduced, and I am worried for my job, so be OK for another wee while yet I hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BlackPoint IT:

Ease your company's and client's concern's, as risk's increase, so does Black points proactivness, I cannot recommend Black Point enough and I am not telling you this for my own gain, but to give you an honest take on the service provided, get on it get a trail or make a decession and start protection yourself and your clients with BlackPoint. What problems is BlackPoint IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using BlackPoint feels like you have eyes all over the place looking out for what you once had to manually do, it helps us as a service provider to a provid a source of comfort and security by implementing this level of protect to there business.
