"Eases Network Security with Intuitive Features, Needs Better Deployment"
4/5
What do you like best about BlackFog?

I really like that BlackFog is easy to use and very self-intuitive. The website is very good and gives us all the information we need to make decisions. A feature that stands out is how easy it is to block AI large language models or choose the ones we use, which is a very powerful aspect of the product. It provides peace of mind and reassurance, knowing that if someone gets into our network, we can block malicious activity from leaving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlackFog?

One issue I've encountered with BlackFog is that we have some trouble deploying it using Microsoft Intune. The installation script does its job, but we have to go around each machine manually using our Ninja 1 RMN to input a code because it's not being accepted in the install script. While support is helping us resolve this, the process could be smoother. It's a bit frustrating that we can't mass deploy it properly through Intune. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
