I really appreciate BlackFog's support structure. The team is very quick and simple to work with. All I have to do is send them an email, and if necessary, they'll even join a Teams call with me, which is great. Their interaction with us really reassures me about the product. I also value BlackFog's simplistic nature, which makes it easy to use. The threat element is particularly helpful as it provides valuable insights into global threats. Additionally, the initial setup was ridiculously easy with the simplistic approach of providing a dot back file for remote license installation, which means the devices appear on the dashboard almost instantly. I suppose the only frustration I have is getting locked out of the dashboard too quickly sometimes. It would be better if the dashboard timeout could be linked to something like Windows Hello, connected to my phone's Bluetooth, so it locks out only when I move away.
