Raiser's Edge has a wide variety of fields available to capture data about our constituents, gifts made to our organization, events we hold, volunteer data, and more. It can be customized, to a certain extent, to fit the needs of various organizations. Please note that in this review I am only referring to the database view of RE 7.96, not the webview of NXT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT? The database view is old-fashioned and not intuitive to our users. While it has a lot of amazing functionality, the interface discourages the standard user from utilizing all of the features available to them. Our database is hosted by Blackbaud, which presents its own challenges. The hosted database is slow, and having it hosted by Blackbaud also causes issues with integration to other software, as that is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT: The new Raiser's Edge interface, RE NXT, is fabulous.
