What do you like best about Blackbaud Grantmaking?

Clean Design, Intuitive features, ease of integration, customer support, Client facing portal for applications and feedback is a massive improvement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Grantmaking?

Add-ons required to create a bespoke system that suits each client, some clunky movement within the system (too many clicks to get to relevant places like activity log), Reporting functions are less editable, often meaning using other programs such as Excel to design data visualisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blackbaud Grantmaking solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organises the data from organisations applying for funding making it easy to approve, fund the client and expect good outcome/feedback data on the projects. Standard reports allow us to track our finances within the organisation and project and plan for the next round. Offering the client portal for applications and feedback following grant payment is next level for us allowing us to collate the outcomes and measure the impact of our work, in one place.
