What do you like best about Black Book Research?

We can count on Black Book's unbiased market research reports. Unlike their competitors in the healthcare space, Black Book isn't funded by the commissions of HIT vendors seeking a high rating (pay for play). The Black Book reports are very detailed in multiple key performance indicators and of most value to investors, quality assurance managers, and those dedicated to patient care improvements. Also, Black Book's research pricing is affordable to single providers and hospitals of all sizes. They are also awesome to work with and their custom projects are spot on research. What do you dislike about Black Book Research?

We had a hard time getting our project prioritized as urgent. We realize they are in great demand and they keep buyer costs down by efficiency. We would have paid much more if we could have had our custom research performed more expediently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Black Book Research solving and how is that benefiting you?

Black Book is independent of vendor $ support they rate. The firm isn't at the mercy of the vendors and consultant companies that buy a top rating as they can with their competitors. You can count on unbiased research including large numbers of users rating their customer experience from Black Book. It is important to know what actual users find satisfying or not in their current IT vendors. The problem in the industry has been other research companies have called for the opinions of 6-10 CIOs indicated by the vendor as satisfied clients, and then charge the vendors a ridiculous amount for the honor.
