Anytime I want to create a new link, I go to bl.ink and it takes me 2 minutes. It was a no-brainer for me! I was already a satisfied customer using their free plan and wanted to support all the work they do, so I made the purchase. I did have to create a new account since there was no way to migrate/combine them. I eventually transferred my custom domain to the new account. I had to contact customer service, and they were very prompt and helped me with my issue. Unfortunately, I did have some minor issues (not worth mentioning the specifics because it was the way it was handled that is important) and they responded immediately and even took the time to follow up a bit later. I probably use a third of what's capable with their service, but again, I been happy with them for a few years now and I don't see that changing. I highly recommend BL.INK as an excellent service! **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** Honestly, there's nothing to dislike. The only minor inconvenience I experienced was having to cancel my free plan and transfer my custom domain to the paid plan, but I believe that was due to the requirements of AppSumo. Either way, it was so minor that I had to really think to come up with something! lol **Recommendations to others considering BL.INK:** If you're looking for an easy-to-implement link shortening service with a robust analytics, then this is the service for you. Their customer support is top-notch and they have plans ranging from free to enterprise level. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** I write a lot of blog articles and having a custom, shortened link is much more professional looking as well as easier for site visitors to remember the URL. I also send invoices, proposals and other links that have very long and confusing URLs and so I use BL.INK to create a custom-tailored link just for the client I'm sending it to. Makes it look very personalized! Bulk update capabilities allow you to create URLs that point to an old site for now, and a new site, as you transition. We have also used this for user-friendly and consistent Teams Live Event URLs, so if the event needs to be recreated in Teams, there is no need to update customers or attendees on the new URL. But really, my most joyful experience occured because I was able to use the redirect to play a practical joke and Rick-Roll my colleages! With working from home, I miss the comradery of the office. This brought it back a little. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** The service works well. I wouldn't say there is anything that didn't work or that I didn't like specifically.
