This feature is incredibly efficient for us since it saves hundreds of hours in technical setups when running multi-city events by allowing us to clone a fully branded event framework in minutes. Lastly, the initial environment configuration is remarkably straightforward, thanks to its drag and drop website builder and template system, which even allows non-technical staff to publish polished event websites and custom registration forms within hours. I dislike the limited offline functionality in locations with poor connectivity. When hosting destination showcases or familiarization events at remote venues with unstable Wi-Fi, the mobile apps can lag when syncing updates to agenda items or loading exhibitor profiles. I'd like Bizzabo to implement robust offline background caching for the mobile apps, allowing attendees to view downloaded schedules, save contact details, and access venue maps seamlessly, even when cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity drops completely.
