What do you like best about BizXpert?

Two things. The price and the user experience. The free version offers ample options and functionality for small businesses. The paid version is reasonable and offers even more options for larger businesses.

I will also add that both web access and client app is available which is very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BizXpert?

One feature I would like to see is an exposed API for customers to interface with the software so that more processes can be automated. Such as adding products, updating pricing, generating an invoice. These items could be automated and triggered by other platforms in the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BizXpert:

Peruse the configuration options for a few hours so that you can fully understand the options you have before jumping right in to using the software. If you have used similar software in the past you will find the options easy to configure and well thought out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
