I find it very easy to use, and when we've had issues with the platforms, they always have a solution or help us. I value the initial interface, with a digital board showing collaborators' birthdays and anniversaries, and I mainly use the attendance reports. It also helps me keep track of attendance and have the electronic file of each collaborator divided by social reasons. This year we added performance evaluation, which will help us have better ratings concentrated in one place. I find it difficult to register staff working 24-hour shifts in Bizneo HR Suite: the system cancels the registration. I would like to be able to register that schedule to identify the staff who have it, as there are 24-hour shifts in Mexico. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
