What do you like best about Bizcompass?

As an engineer, I value the Project & Task Management module most. It provides a clear, centralised view of sprint progress and quickly flags delayed tasks, making it much easier for me to manage my workload and mentor junior developers. Keeping team communication and project tracking together in one unified dashboard saves me hours each week that I’d otherwise spend switching between different apps. What do you dislike about Bizcompass?

Because the platform covers so much ground—from HRMS and payroll to project tracking and CRM—it can feel a bit overwhelming for new hires at first. Even though the UI is clean, getting teams onboarded and comfortable using all the modules effectively takes time. A more robust built-in walkthrough, guided setup, or step-by-step onboarding for new users would help reduce the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bizcompass solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to struggle with fragmented visibility into team workloads and recurring task bottlenecks. Now, with the Project & Task Management module, we have real-time dashboards that quickly highlight delayed tasks and sprint blockers as they happen. As a senior engineer, having this unified view makes it much easier for me to mentor junior developers, balance workloads across the team, and keep our deliverables on track to meet their deadlines.
